On 9 September 2026, Paragon Education Co., Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Borey Vimean Phnom Penh, establishing a strategic partnership to bring educational opportunities and community programs to residents of the development.

Under the agreement, Paragon International School — a subsidiary institution of Paragon Company — will engage with the Borey Vimean community through promotional material distribution, participation in local events and family days, and the organization of sports matches, parenting seminars, and college counselling talks. The school will also have opportunities for booth activations and banner placements throughout the community.

Eligible residents will receive a range of benefits, including waivers on enrollment fees, discounts on tuition, potential bus service between the community and campus, and reduced rates on facility rentals for official community use. This partnership reflects both organizations’ commitment to fostering long-term collaboration that supports educational access and community development in Phnom Penh.
